The enrollment deadline for first consideration is February 21, 2021 for the 2021- 2022 school year. Please fill out our Enrollment Application and mail or scan (all addresses are at the bottom of the application) it to St. Francis Creche. A $75.00 enrollment application fee must be received before your child’s enrollment can be processed.

Our school-wide Open House and Orientation is on the Wednesday following Labor Day. All students and their parents are invited to our Open House and Orientation. Due to precautions necessary to insure the safety of the children, faculty and families, this orientation may be virtual. All children have an opportunity to meet their teachers on this Wednesday via Zoom. School begins the following day – the Thursday after Labor Day.
Enrollment is open to all students between the ages of 2 and 5 years old regardless of race, culture or church affiliation. Children should have reached their classes’ age by September 30th of the school year. Children in the 2 – 2 1/2-year-old class must have turned 2 to begin school, according to county regulations. There is no admissions testing. Students must have reached developmental maturity to the extent that they can emotionally handle the anxiety of separating from their parents. Children are required to be toilet trained, except for children entering the 2-2 1/2-year-old class.
A $75 application fee is required when a child is registered. This application fee is non-refundable. The first tuition payment is due with your contract. The second tuition payment and the one-time activity fee are due on September 1. The remaining seven payments are due October through April at the first of the month.
If the Creche is closed temporarily due to health precautions, weather conditions or any other reason beyond the control of the school, normal tuition fees shall continue to accrue. If the school is required to close due to health issues related to COVID-19 that extend for more than 2 weeks, tuition modifications will be made. Our policy is that we do not make up missed days due to health precautions, snow or other weather-related closures or any other reason beyond the control of the school.
